Any good training videos/seminars/tips for agents ?

Hey BP,

 My name is Alex i'm nearly finished acquiring my RE license in Orange County. I am currently studying for my state exam but i feel like i need to understand the material more. If anyone has any helpful tips or advice , it would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks again cant wait to hear from you guys soon.

Maybe you could talk to some of the larger offices in your area and see if they're hiring new agents. If they are, you want to find one that has a training program. I see that Team First does a lot of hiring of agents, so maybe you can check them out if there's one by you. 

First, focus on getting your license, so as not to get distracted. Then, learn the business. Keep me posted!
