I am working through a course on RealEstateExpress.com for my Texas license.  It is a pretty boring process so far where you go through screens like a PowerPoint presentation and take quizzes along the way and a test at the end of each course.  I got it through a Groupon deal at $179 for the 180 hour course which is supposed to be what is required before taking the state exam.  I should know hopefully before the end of the year how it goes.
