Sellers Agent Tasks?
I am planning to get my license in order to sell the houses which I flip. I have 0 experience in the real estate world and do don't know what tasks are involved. As I understand there is a difference between a buyers agent and sellers agent and so I guess I'd be the sellers agent.
Can someone tell me what a typical sale looks like for a sellers agent? After listing the property, do I have to show the property to every potential buyer or will their buyers agent do that? Please advise.
