Hi, my name is Brian and I'm an investor using creative financing. I'm hoping to find a Realtor might be open to providing some MLS search results of the Wayne County/Farmington Hills area. I plan to market directly to sellers.

For your trouble, if I close a deal, I can provide a $500 fee for each closed deal. Please let me know if this interests you. I also have a possible future listing in the works.
