As A Keller Williams Agent serving Temple, Belton & Salado, I am coming across some gems in the true central Texas area.

Close to Austin, Waco, College Station, Dallas & Houston.  People forget that a big employer here, Scott & White, have many employees that need homes to rent or buy while working on their residency or starting their practice in medicine.

We found our primary residence in Temple - small town feel with big town amenities. We got a deal on our home just by moving a little north of Austin. The only drawback with some of the more established neighborhoods is the amount of updating some of the homes need as I do the agent previews of the homes in the area. Investors will find some hidden gems if they look in  the right places.
