How do you find an investor friendly agent and what question do you ask them?

Look around the forums for someone in your area. Ask them if they work with investors? What % do they charge when you sell a home through them? Will they haggle for you as a buyers agent? Some agents will even act as a project manager on flips in exchange for commission when it sells.
