This episode was very good in general but agents should take a close listen to this one!
At a time when many investors want to get their license to eliminate the middle man or save a few bucks on commission @Will Barnard made some excellent points on the value of a good agent. If you're good at the things mentioned you will not only more than justify any commission, you will make yourself a valuable part of that investors team.
