Just Getting Started as an Agent
I decided to make the plunge and get my salesperson license after flipping 20 homes over the last 8 years. It will be nice to capture some of the commission while doing something I love. Lately I have been trying to research on how to market myself as an agent. Do you have any recommendations on newspaper verbiage? Should I explore any other avenues (postcards, FSBO, etc.), and if yes, what?
