BP family I need your recommendations!
Hey everyone,
I am looking for referrals to a real estate agent who is investor savvy in Augusta, GA. Myself and a couple of family members are looking to start flipping houses out there since my father just moved there in the summer. When he was looking for a place he met with a realtor but ended up renting so he recommended her to us to use but she has been terrible at communicating. I understand people are busy but not an excuse to turn business away by being negligent. So if anyone who is in that area or has done business there could please send me your inputs and description of your experience with said realtor that would be greatly appreciated.
