Chicago Agent Recomendation

Hi, 

Can you recommend an agent with experience analyzing deals for a triplex in Chicago.  We are looking to offset our living costs in the City, Owner occp., $375,000 - $420,000 property in the near north side (Albany, Arcadia, Northeastern, etc) with decent schools.

I like and respect my current agent. However, we don't receive sufficient feedback.  We are interested in units with minor repairs, short sales, and pocket listings.
