1. Determine what niche you are focusing on.

2. Determine what size in that niche you are focusing on for product type and sales price.

3. Look in your local area to see if that even exists there.

4. Read on a daily basis in your targeted niche. Say to yourself everyday that you will never have enough knowledge and you want to be so good that everyone seeks you out and you can pick and choose who you want to work with.
