Hello all -

I have a property in Plano that I am looking for a CMA on, both selling as-is comps, ARV and rental comps. We are hoping to reno and rent it, and would compensate for the CMA since we wouldn't likely be listing the home.

But would also be good to have a good connection with an agent in the area.  I am an agent in the Killeen market and it would be great to have someone I could refer investors to.
