Agent Submit Own Offer

Hi everyone,

I am trying to become an agent in California and was curious to how this works. After all, this is the reason I'm becoming an agent.

As an agent, can you submit your own offer to REO PROPERTIES?

Or do you need another agent to submit/write it for you?

As an agent submitting your own offer, can you leave out the commission and agency/brokerage so that the Listing Agent takes all the commission?

Thank you for your help fellas.
Mandy
