Agent Bonuses?
Is it legal to offer real estate agents a bonus for finding you investment property? Just to give them more incentive to bring you deals?

@Kyle Scofield of course, agents like all the money they can make. However it is a little unconventional and rather than giving away money you don't need to give away I would focus on developing relationships with agents that are familiar with what you are looking for. Agents want someone they know can close on the property and close quickly. Getting an extra few bucks doesn't really give me an incentive to give you the lead before it goes to market when I have a guy that closes everything I bring him.
