Finding a realtor for comps

I am planning to run some marketing campaigns for off-market deals, which will not be bought through a realtor. What's the best way to find a realtor to run comps for a situation like this? Obviously having access to MLS data will be crucial to my search for a good deal, but I'm not sure there will be a realtor out there that will want to do 5+ comps a week for someone who will not be purchasing a property through them. So, what's the best way to set up a win-win relationship with a realtor in order to get accurate comps?

Hi Derrick, I'm curious, you are looking for a realtor to do 5+ comps a week, then you said that you will not be purchasing the property through them. Why? are you thinking of just going through the listing agent? Or buying directly form the seller? What type of investing will you be doing? and is there some way in your investment plan to reward an agent that will be giving you the help you need?
