Greetings All, Question: I am a real estate sales person in VA & I have several properties that I need to bring into my business to manage. I want to take these properties with me when I leave for my own brokerage. How would I position these properties with my current broker? Does it all have to be under them? Does the properties' owners have to pay me or my broker?
