Agent doing business in multiple states
Hey everyone,
I'm a licensed real estate agent in California, where I live; however, I do my investing in Alabama. Does anyone know if I can somehow "transfer" or use my CA license in Alabama to do my own investing (not to do transactions for other people at all) or do I have to go take the license exam and do everything over again in the second state?
