Jeshua, Barney Fletcher has a decent one. I did in class but that was back in 2003. Benefits to in class is the instructor hears back from students who just took the state test what kind of questions are focused on more with topics. That helps the instructor drill down more on those items. With online it's just modules and tests and that is it. Once you pass whole thing you have to go sit down for the state test and there are national and state questions this time versus just state. It was multiple choice back then. Usually if you do not know an answer 100% then skip it. Go through the ones you do know and answer those. Then you go back to the other questions and by then have eliminated possible answers from before so now have your answer. Leave the ones you have no clue about for the absolute last. By then likely the 4 choices have become 2 and you have a 50/50 shot to get it right. All of this might have changed since my time as it was awhile back.

@Jeshua Moore, when it comes to getting your license, it doesn't matter which school you choose as long as it fits your particular needs and is licensed to operate in your state. For example, if you want to study at your own pace, consider an online program. Unless you have a gifted instructor, taking the course in a classroom is a waste of time because he/she basically just reads out of the book. It's only worthwhile if they include stories about their experiences that relate to study material. Like others pointed out, the real learning starts after you pass the test and get your license! Then it WILL MATTER who you sign with because you'll need to decide which brokerage can offer the best learning experience without breaking your wallet. However, if you're looking for real training, I'd suggest working as an assistant to a power realtor who works with investors and also owns property . You will learn how leads are generated, referral business is built and how to handle the paperwork. Hope this helps and best of luck to you!

We still have to actually go to a classroom for our real estate schools in Ohio. As Huiping said, find one that your state accepts. Heck, you may even want to start talking to brokers and let them know that you're thinking about getting your license and ask for guidance. They'll direct your ways. Plus, once you pass your test everything you learned will go right the window. Once you have your license then the real learning begins!

So I want to get my real estate license. But I don't know what school I should pick to take my classes with. What are your guys suggestions for looking for school? And do you guys have any suggestions for ones and Georgia? I would preferred to do it online. Thanks so much for your help.
