Finding a Broker in Virginia Beach or Chesapeake
Recently moved back to the area and looking to get my license again, but this time I would rather find a company that allows me freedom to set my own commission rates on listings, no mandatory office duty hours, no mandatory cold-call sessions, etc., and either has a set fee per transaction, small percentage per transaction, or has a cap on annual charges for commission splits. Are there any brokers here in Virginia Beach like that? I was looking at joinreal.com, but they aren't in our area yet, although they said they were interested in the possibility.
