Texas Real Estate License

I am wanting get my license in Texas as reading everything looks like it will be very beneficial in the long run. I am curious as what would be best route as My wife and I work full time Monday-Friday and have lil baby. My father in law and I are going to be getting license together also so any information will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I have found having a license is quite beneficial, but since you're not a broker you will want to confirm that whomever sponsors you is understanding and accepting of your desire to be an investor. Not all brokerages feel the same about agent / investors so you will want to get that clarified during the interview process.
