Inexpensive Ways To Generate Leads

Hello BP Family,

I am a second year real estate agent to the south jersey area. I have 3 deals under my belt that were acquired through my sphere. I'm sort of at a stand still right now and in need of some inexpensive ways to generate some leads to break this drought that I'm in. I've been doing all the basics to generate leads. I've gone door to door, I've handed out business cards, I've created social media sites, I've even done floor time in a generation where floor time is almost non existent. I hear thats its best to find a niche and stick with it (for sale by owners, expires, farming, etc.) which require hours of cold calling. BP family I could really use some advice.

  • What have been some successful methods to generate leads for you?
  • Is it better to do a little bit of everything or find a niche and stick to it?

I really look forward to hearing what you all have to say. Thank You in advance.

If you're struggling to get leads then here's a great tip...

Go to the top agents in your office and ask them if they could refer you to any business!  Maybe they have cheap buyer/seller leads they don't want to work with, or even rentals (hey, it's better to have $100 in your pocket than lint).

Also, I noticed you didn't mention open houses.  Look up all the listings in your office, pick houses you'd like to hold open, and then reach out to the agents!

How much does all of this cost?  Nothing-Nadda-Zip
