Realtor with Investing Experience

Fellow Investors,

I'm seeking to begin my hunt for my first deal, and thought it's time to work with a realtor.  I've been busy analyzing deals, and doing market research, but feel I'd be more productive working with a realtor with investing experience.

If anyone from the Pittsburgh, PA area has had a positive experience with a realtor, please feel free to lend a hand.  I am looking to purchase a duplex or triplex no more than 15 miles outside of the city.  Thanks in advance.

@Kashiff Miles

What you're looking for are called pocket deals.  You don't need a realtor to find something for sale, you need a realtor to help you connect with deals that have yet to be listed (less competition, possibly lower peripheral cost to acquire).

Anyway, I'm sure Gary Swank will be here soon.
