Hi Guys,

Im looking for a local Realtor (Tampa Bay) who has some experience with investment properties, REOs, foreclosures, short sales, investor deals, dealing directly with the banks for buying investment properties, etc.

We're doing fix and flips in Tampa and would like to have a single "go to" Realtor we trust who understands what we do and how we do it to bring us deals and sell our flips over the long term.
