My name is Marcus and I'm a wholesaler in Orlando, Fl. I just closed on my 1st deal last week and I'm very excited. It took me about 4 months to close my first deal. In the process of closing that deal, I had the opportunity to build some solid relationships with several active cash buyers(In State and Out-of-State) looking for great deals.
