Hello BP! I'm a new agent in MD. Any advice on how to get rentals to market? Also, can anyone recommend a BPO training course? BPOR is closed to new applications to become certified. Thanks!

Welcome aboard @Toya L. Most BPO companies require agents to have two years in the industry. I believe the BPO train is about dried up as well. There are far fewer foreclosures on the market than there where a couple years ago.

As for finding rentals to put on the market you should comb through rental advertisement sites such as craigslist, Zillow and Trulia. Contact the owners and offer your services. Finding the clients is the best way to get the product.
