DMV Birddogging

Hello BP,

I'm writing this in hopes to link up with some investors who would like some help finding some good deals in the DMV area. I'm trying to get into investing, but am currently still full-time active duty with a lot left to learn before I fully dive into investing. I was told at a recent REIA that birddogging would be good way to start out. I'm extremely motivated and looking for guidance from experienced investors.
