Difficult to "hang license" for new investor agent

I'm considering taking the coursework and earning my real estate agent's license for Pennsylvania. I'm only planning to use it for mls access at the moment, and I'm wondering if it's difficult to find a broker who will allow you to "hang your license" with them if you do not bring in other business. I may do 2-3 deals a year with myself as the buyer. Does anyone have experience with this, especially investors in Philadelphia? Thanks!

    Hi @Garrett M,

Welcome to BP. I work with many investor real estate agents and know of good boutique offices that would accept and allow you to hang your license with little or no experience. Sometimes they are the best places to learn to be a better real estate professional.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Regards,
