Hello BP, Just wanted to share that after doing some wholesaling for some time, I am now a licensed realtor here in Michigan. Initially I was against being licensed but after seeing real estate from the investor side and understanding myself and what I want to do with real estate I see being licensed as a major advantage for me personally. I just passed my exam today, and am super excited!!! Thanks to everyone here on BP and the forums for being a great source of knowledge, encouragement and motivation! Any assistance I can be to anyone looking to invest in Michigan please feel free to connect with me. Thanks!

Hi @Account Closed ,

Congrats! I'm a big fan of wholesalers having their license. It's only been a positive for me and keeps things more on the up and up.
