Investor Seeks Lehigh Valley Agent

Hi, I'm an investor living in the Lehigh Valley and seeking a long term agent to help me as I buy and hold local properties. I'm very focused on the Bethlehem area and looking for 3BR 1.5 bath props between $75K-$115K. I know the cash-on-cash return I need to make a property worth it and have become familiar with the local area over the past year.
