I need a CRM! Recommendations?

I've been reading literally all evening about CRM's and just hear conflicting advice on which is best.  I'm an agent and need to manage my current clients, new leads, etc. and I'd like to have drip email marketing.  What do you guys use?  If you use a CRM, what do you like about it?  What is it missing?
