Part time agent wanting to go full time

Hello all i am a new agent in KY (GORA) and I currently work a full time warehouse job, 10 to 12 hrs a day 5 to 7 days a week, what would be the best approach to get sales and listing with little time, it hard to save money when 90% of it go to bills. Any adobes would be appreciated
