I just finished my course on NJ Real Estate Salesperson.

Now, I was wondering what else should I do - to increase my income or side income.

what is in best combination with Real Estate Sales Person.

@Raj G. listen to every BP Podcast. I have a Master's in Real Estate and I leverage what I learn from BP more than that everyday when I am talking to prospects.

In terms of lead generation, just listen to the podcasts about direct mail, etc. They do the exact same thing with different content than what you are going to need to do to be successful.

@Raj G. To go along with @Eric Herbert, as a new agent Lead Generation is the most important thing you can learn. Even if you learn it in an atmosphere that is not necessarily real estate related it will be beneficial.

Also, take advantage of any courses you can that will teach you systems to make your business consistent and efficient.

Each one varies, they bring in top producing brokers to teach different things. example, Lead Generation is one that was here a few months ago.

Keller Williams, does a lot of free classes that anyone can attend (at least 1 a month). Also, great place to network.

I would contact your local office and see when the next one is.
