Brokerage to hang license for investor
My Minnesota real estate license is currently on ice and I'm considering bringing it active again. Does anyone have a recommendation of a broker with low fees for someone that doesn't plan to represent anyone else and will only be purchasing property for myself as an investor? I'm most concerned with getting MLS access once again, showing myself property and to write my own offers. I'm in Minneapolis.
Any advise would be appreciated!
