Access to the MLS

Realtor.com is basically the same thing as the MLS except that it lags behind. Also it doesn't tell you what the status of the property is. Does anyone know of a site of some sort where you can look at a properties available and that it specifies wheather they are under contract or if they are still available to submit offers? The only way for me to tell at this time if the property is still availabe is by calling the listing agent, but it's a hassel.
