Direct mail campaigns
In the process of implementing a 12x12 direct mail campaign(2700 mailboxes). I've already sent two out for 2017, had one call so far that's a future seller lead. Out of all the "legs" for prospecting where would my fellow realtors rank this method? It's expensive, but time tested. Any insight/experiences shared are appreciated.-Jake
