Need to find the right brokerage that allows for limited hours

Hey yall,

I own a snack food business, and have 40-60 hours a week tied up already. Because of that I seem to be having trouble getting a broker to let me hang my license with them. I really want access to the MLS, but I am also ready to purchase my first rental property myself.

Any suggestions for how I can get my foot in the door would be very helpful.
