Driving/Walking for Dollars
BP Agents,
Wanted to get everyone's thoughts on driving for dollars as it pertains to generating listings. I have been walking my neighborhoods in St. Augustine, FL and built up a list of distressed homes that I will send mailers to offering my services.
What are your thoughts on this strategy? I know driving for dollars is a common strategy for investors, but haven't heard the same for agents.
