TARGETING RENTERS FOR MORE BUSINESS (SUGGESTIONS)

Do you guys target renters ? What is your response rate with them ? Anyone have a good rate ? If yes where do you get your list from ? Do you mail out postcards ? Letters ? Comps of their home ? I am looking to target renters here in the next month.
