Investor friendly agent in Seattle

Hello biggerpockets -

I am an experienced real estate investor, and my sister and I are looking into buying an investment property in Seattle.  We'd be looking at 1 - 2 bedroom condos/ townhomes up to $500K in areas like Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Wallingford, Ballard, Fremont, or Central District.  I wanted to see if anyone has any agents experienced working with investors who they would recommend?  Thanks!

- Ben
