Looking for Florida Space Coast agent

Hello, I'm new to biggerpockets. I'm looking for agent recommendations for the Space Coast area of Florida. Specifically, I'm interested in small multifamily properties to invest in and looking to establish a relationship with an agent in the Titusville, Cocoa, Merritt Island area. My wife and I are interested in 100-150k range properties, have 800 credit score, and goal is to bring approx 15k in cash for a downpayment. The goal is to get the first cash flow property within 1 year. It would be helpful to understand if this is the right market, are we on the right savings path, etc. Thanks Thanks
