Hi all.  I am wondering if anyone would be willing to share their property management contract with me.  I want to ensure that I am not missing anything.  Also, if you have been involved in the launch of a property management company please share any advice.  Thank you for your help in advance.

Most Realtor boards/MLS have management agreements, along with listing contacts, sales agreements, on their websites for realtor use. I suggest you check there first.

Also, in most states a real estate broker must be involved in the management company. Remember, managers are showing, advertising, leasing, collecting rents and fees, which are all subject to HUD regs (ex: discrimination) and BORE laws.

Good luck.
