Looking for Real Estate Agent in Northwest Indiana

I'm in Northwest Indiana (Hobart to be specific) and I am looking for a realtor to help me out. I'm currently looking at a lot of fix and flip potentials around the area and plan to start one in the upcoming months. For starters, I'd like to get your expertise on comps, ARV and MLS listings.
