Eager Student Looking to Provide Help and Learn Hands On.

Hello my name is Louidji Joseph I'm from Miami Florida, for the past two years I've been studying wholesale, real estate investment strategies and ect. I recently joined the BiggerPockets family and also started listening to the Podcast.

Thus far the materials and discussion has been great. I'm now at the stage in which I'm seeking to be hands on. I really want to experience the process rather then hearing or reading it. If someone is looking for an intern or want to pay it forward by bestowing to another eager investor the knowledge they were given, please feel free to reach out to me. 

I recently sacrificed my full time job so I can invest time in furthering my education in real estate investment along with being part of the investor community. I say sacrifice because it was needed due to the fact that I had to decide whether I would let my job take up all of my time or I would take back my most valuable asset which is my time. So I made the decision, to leave my job and pursue my passion in real estate investment.
