I love coming back to this post! I helped Maya and her husband purchase a duplex. They were both active duty military and had to be out of town a lot after closing on their property. I really wanted them to have a great first experience with their investment, so I helped them lease it up by showing the unit for them while they were out of town. I helped them through the process of becoming landlords for the first time, and now their renters pay most of their mortgage for them 😃. I’m so proud of them!
