Investor Friendly Real estate Agent

Hi BP family,

I'm planning to sell my Rentals in Southern California and 1031 them to North Carolina (NC). I'm having a hard time finding a real estate agent that is familiar\worked with Investors.  Any suggestion or reference would greatly be appreciated to help me find the first member of my team in NC

Thanks

Keivan,

@Keivan Darius Do you know where in NC you would like to relocate?  Finding someone willing to put in low offers will be trickier in your more metro areas like Charlotte and Raleigh where homes are often selling over asking within a few days.  You might have better luck in some of the slower, more rural areas.  Of course, if a home has been sitting on the market for a while, it might be worth a shot at a low offer, no matter where it is.
