JP & Associates vs Fathom Realty

Just passed my Texas Agent exam here in Dallas, and looking at low cost brokerages to hang my license. JP & Associates was referred by one investor/realtor, and Fathom was referred by another. Both are flat fee firms that offer some initial mentorship, low or no monthly fees, and education.

Interested in hearing from any other Dallas - Fort Worth Realtors who have or are currently with either brokerage so I can make an educated decision where to go.

Thank you in advance.

Hi, went with JP and they let me go a month or 2 later as i was new and had no network and was not a producer. I really got the license to get in MLS for flips, then I flopped. Went to eXp and tried working with buyers and I'll never do that again. Unless you already have a circle of friends & $ to advertise, its a tough, brutal game, just like selling insurance....
