Help:New Jersey Real Estate Broker Trust/Escrow account

Hello All,

I am attempting to open a real estate Brokerage in New Jersey. As part of the broker's license requirement, I need to open a broker trust or escrow account at a Real Estate Commission bank. This has proved to be a huge hurdle. I've called 20 banks in NJ and none of them will set up the account for me.

Are there any New Jersey Brokers out there who have a particular branch, or better yet, a specific banker they work with who has set up an Broker escrow or trust account for them.

Am I missing something here? Thank you in advance for your help
