I have a friend in a tough spot right now. We live in New Jersey and my friend recently purchased a property in Indianapolis, Indiana through Clayton Morris' company called Morris Invest. the rehab is not going well and the OceanPoint property management company is not reliable and difficult to get in contact with. Would anyone be able to recommend a different property management company? And would anyone else be able to meet with us if we fly out there?

@Clay Manship  here we go again.. the carnage continues with Morris/Oceanpointe.. I got another Pm about another person.. and you know that's just the tip of the iceberg.

@Wagner Alcivar  have your friend get on BP and look up the MOrris / oceanpointe threads.. there are ways to deal with this that might include a recession and get their money back.. one BP member was offered a complete recession..   the louder and more public your buddy becomes the more likely the outcome there Is no reason that they should not be made whole.. this gives the entire industry a black eye what we have seen and heard here on BP about these companies.
