Good Direct Mail “Market Report” Service?
Hi All.
An agent in my neighborhood has taken a significant market share by using a “market report” folded mailer, sent out monthly.
It’s clearly an automated, attractive report highlighting the recent sales in the neighborhood, with a nice logo, folded in half, cleanly laid out.
Wondering if you have had success with such a service., and if so which one? One that is a sort of automated, monthly mail out defined by a mapped area of homes.
