I am looking for investor friendly agent who has access to bnymls.com (Brooklyn MLS) to set up an assistant account with me. I will pay your annual fees and make offers through you.

Hopefully the agent who does this is aware that he is violating the terms of service with their MLS by agreeing to this arrangement. They are also on the hook for your actions and would be named in any lawsuit that may arise by your actions in real estate

I am sure you would not intentionally doing anything to warrant a lawsuit but they do happen. This is a huge risk for an agent
